*Shipping cost does not exceed £45 
* There are four region category on what based your shipping rate 
   -Domestic UK shipping rate by weight  
   - International USA and Canada shipping rate by weight 
   -International EU shipping rate by weight 
   -International Rest of the world 
*Order processing does not exceed 3 business days in any case

(in case of bank Holiday add days of the length of the BH) 
*Delivery time varies depending on distance and local posts between 7 business days and 21 business days

* In every case the customer will receive confirmation email about their order being processed 
* If shipping address is not correct and the delivery is unsuccessful RCB can not be held responsible
*RCB consider a package lost after 30 business days.

*In case of lost package once RCB confirmed with carrier and claims has been made . RCB offers up to 50% of the costs to the buyer.
* RCB is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customers responsibility - including tariffs, taxes, and other costs.
*RCB is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping . Customer will have to make a claim at the carrier .
